Admin/PA Professional
We are looking for an admin professional to take responsibility of the administration of our fast growing company.
Responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and ordering all office stationary and pantry supplies
Ensure event equipment and storeroom are kept in good order
Consolidating all monthly expenses using our online automated software
Following up and monitoring that client invoices do not exceed payment terms
Attend to visitors and incoming calls
Maintain customer database
Printing of sales reports for meetings
Attending to general admin needs of the managers
Type of profile:
Keeping things tidy and well arranged is how you need things to be. You know this because your desk is well ordered at all times.
Attention to detail is extremely important for you. You feel uncomfortable if an expense is accidently filed in the wrong month.
You love the office scanner because keeping hard copy these days is just too old school.
Implementing or adjusting a filing system gives you goose bumps of pleasure.
Requirements:
Excellent computer skills
Great knowledge of Microsoft office
Responsible and punctual
Good written and spoken English
Spoken Mandarin or other Asian languages is a plus to liaise with associates
Singapore citizen or PR holder
